Get ready to SHOW YOUR SPIRIT! Our Homecoming Swag is now available to order, with plenty of ways to show off your Hornet pride!
📣 Check out the order form for all available items and pricing! Orders may be sent with a student or placed at the front office. 📝 All orders are due by September 9th, but can be turned in asap!
*Orders will be ready for pickup on September 11th, or will be sent home with your student if homeroom is given.

📸 Friday is also Picture Day! Feel free to send a change of clothes with your Hornet so they can change into their best for pictures!
And then… HOMECOMING WEEK is NEXT WEEK! Every day will have a different theme, so let’s show off that Hornet Spirit all week long and get ready to BRING HOME THE WIN!

HORNETS HELPING OUR FIREFIGHTERS! 💛
The Lometa Student Council is collecting donations next week to support the firefighters working tirelessly to protect our communities. 🚒
We’d love for our Lometa community to join us!
HOW TO DONATE:
• Students can bring donations to their homeroom classroom. Student Council members will collect them throughout the week.
• Community members can drop donations in the collection box located in the front hall of Lometa ISD.
THERE’S ALSO A LITTLE FRIENDLY COMPETITION!
The class that collects the most donations will win an ICE CREAM PARTY!🍦
📅 Donations will be collected all next week.
🏆 The winning class will be announced at the pep rally on Friday, September 4th!
Let’s show these firefighters just how much the Hornet community appreciates everything they are doing to keep our communities safe. ❤️

Hey Hornet fans! Here is the game information for the first broadcast of the year. It is on the LTX Sports YouTube channel. The link is @LTXSports-d1e. All games are archived on the site. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 pm.

We’re excited to get started! A few important things:
SportsYou: ASBH-MFXG — please use this for all communication/updates so nothing gets missed.
Practice: 3:55–4:55 PM after school unless there is a HS/JH game. We will be holding practice today (Thursday) and Friday.
Athletic clothes will be issued and are what athletes will wear. Bring tennis shoes + water every day.
Kneepads will be issued for practices and games.
First game: Monday, August 24 — HOME at 5:00 PM
Physicals: ALL athletes must have a physical before competing.
We’re excited to get these girls in the gym and get to work! 🐝🏐
